This website (the “Site”) is an independent resource covering Aviamasters, the tower-flight crash game developed by BGaming, and the various casinos where it’s available to play. These Terms govern your use of the Site in full. Using it in any way means you’re accepting them; if any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the Site.
To be clear from the start: this isn’t a casino, and we don’t operate Aviamasters ourselves. We don’t take bets, hold anyone’s money, or manage player accounts. All actual gameplay – demo or real money – happens entirely on independently licensed platforms that have integrated the game under their own agreements with BGaming.

This Agreement is meant to be read under generally accepted principles of international online commerce law, and nothing in it removes any consumer protection right you’re entitled to under the mandatory law of the country where you live. Should any single clause be found invalid by a court, it’s removed and the rest of the Agreement continues to apply as before.
